Your help is appreciated in sequence
Bike starts
Engage clutch in neutral (green light)
Put into first bike stalls
Engage clutch hit the starter engine does not start
Adjusted clutch cable still no difference
Checked pin/collet on clutch cable side all works sprayed it and checked if it pulls in and out it does.
Opened clutch/bell housing
Engaged clutch all plates free
Opened clutch and plates soaked in oil and reassembled
Checked and oiled the one way clutch it's free
Reassembled
Start put in gear and stalls
Still doing the same thing.

I have opened the clutch about three times now got fed up and then
I took the a complete clutch basket and plates including diaphragm of another working bike. Put into this bike still doing the same bloody thing.
Any ideas please?

Is it stalling due to the bike not moving? Put it on a stand, or have someone help you tilt it and get the rear wheel off the floor.

If it stalls due to drag - then check the pushrod too.

if it stalls due to the gear selection then the electrickery needs fiddling and I get confused with all that..lol
