Hello, hope someone can help me out ? Ive replaced the main jets from 110 all round to 115 front , 118 rear as im running the standard exhaust ,also raised the needles by adding an extra washer , and fitted a new air filter . Put it all back together and now the bike wont start ! The bike turns over just wont fire up ! Ive had the carbs on and off about 4times checking everything is ok and that i havent pulled any hoses off etc , at first i thought that the carbs were not getting any fuel but when i took them off again i turned the drain screws and fuel came out so they had filled back up ! I also fitted new gaskets so there not leaking . Hope someone can help or its off to the local bike mechanic and probably an expensive bill !!

Ok , taken the tank off and set up a funnel going into the fuel hose andthe bike fired up !,, think that the carbs were bone dry and were not creating a vacuum as itdoes this whenthe engine is running i think ? Will put the tank back on tomorrow and see how it goes !! Not idling very well though , might have to check that the carbs are seated properly again ' hate that job ' or maybe a carb balance what does anyone think might be the cause of this ? idles ok then blip the throttle and the revs drop below the usual idle for a second or two then goes back up to normal !

Been busy so haven't been on here in a while , it was the vacuum hose ! was attached at the tank but not at the engine , bikes still not idling very well though , been playing with the mixture screws , it is either to lean and the revs hang or to rich and it drops below idle and comes back slowly, there seems to be no in between!
