Carbituration Question

Hi Guys,
My NC30 has many modifications. There is a full Moriwaki exhaust system on it, HRC Airbox, HRC sliders, needles, emulsion tubes, jets and things. The bike pulls great and when I dynoed it in my home town of Innsbruck (which is 650 m above sea level) it showed a nearly linear power curve and a peak power of 60hp. But at high altitudes (~1500m), I can't get the bike out of the hairpins. It nearly stalls and it takes a very long time to recover before it explodes into live again. Is this something that has to be expected with a rich setup like mine (mains of about 140) or can this be changed? If so, where to start?
Cheers
Hans-Peter
