Brake caliper paint

Just a quick question on whether a special paint is needed for brake calipers.
I can't see them getting that hot like the discs will.
Can anyone recommend anything.
Can't make my mind up on colour, silver, black or gold. Choices, choices !!!!!!

It's not the heat it's the brake dust, brake fluid and cleaner that's the problem.
Ask a specialist how much to hard anodise or coat them ... I've heard caliper paint is Ok though.

I used brake caliper paint on a few refurbs.
The gold is a barstool to try and get a good finish with, its like piss with flakes in it. :down:

My nose is fine thanks
