I want to change my gear ratios to making the bike have more power around 10rpm so it can be more enjoyable on the open road. Has anyone tried different gear ratios with the 520 conversion kit to make there bike taller like a 18 tooth front with a 43 tooth at the rear?
I really want to change my gearing but dont want to buy lots of different sprockets to find the solution, not if one of you have tried a good sprocket combination and to find it works.

This goes on from your other post, and you have a rebuilt engine etc.

The 3TJ should pull above 10k rpm and top out at 14.5k. Do you have a clean air filter and standard pipe ????
I'd say the first thing might be to give the carbs a bit of a clean (just to take them out of the equation).
As Tim said count the teeth on the rear and cange the front to get the gearing back ... B+C Express are quite helpful for this
