The NC30 exhaust wont fit, the shock in the nc30 is offset to clear the headers, the nc24 shock is in the middle.

Also the nc30 exhaust is split front to rear where as the nc24 with its 180 degree firing should ideally be split left and right or 4 - 1 like the stock collector.

DSS is as far as i know the only place offering replacements, they are in SS though so they should last as long as you need them, bear in mind the engine ideall has to come out to replace it too, but if your using one with detatchable header you might be able to squeeze it in (while cutting the rogiianl off)

big killer of these bikes, pick them up for a couple of hundred quid but need to spend the same on an exhaust, thats before you start doing anythign else to it

I have just placed a back order for a set of stainless NC24 headers and collector box with Motad (http://www.motad.co.uk/), they have no stock at the moment but said they should be making some mid January. They are not listed in their catalogue so you will need to give them a call on 01922 714700.

Otherwise I have seen them on Predator motorsports web site but they were more expensive.

Ah Wasall based motad, I believe they made the first set of pipes DSS sold.

RCV4 on here also made some exceptional quality pipes (hes a fabricator)

hope you get it sorted
