Whats the best price anyone has found for these, my local supplier used to do a set of 4 for £38 but they wont be getting anymore as they are such a slow mover its not worth the trouble.
Local Honda dealer want £48 for a set of 4

So can anyone recomend anywhere cheaper pref in the Manchester area, but if not would they do mail order?

It's only about 58 quid for a full service kit for the NC30, including plugs, oil and air filters, from david silver spares ( http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk ) Spark plugs are 9quid each (36 for the set).

i just got mine off ebay and it cost me £31.55 for 4 plugs which is pretty damn good

So did i, i don't think you will find them any cheaper.
