going to phone today and get the nc30 booked for her m.o.t!!!!!!

hopefully she passes no problems at all,i can not really think of anything.

i have fixed most of the definate mot failures and the only thing i think may be a cause of concern
is the exhaust.
have to wait and find out.
:scared:

thats the mot booked........
monday @11 am,spent most of the morning putting the bike back together.
i started a thread a while back about the chain always being slack after a good run,i have fitted a chain(not new)
and replaced the bearer holder and i am not convinced the problem is solved.........
i will not know for sure until i have ridden the bike to the mot station and back...only time will tell!!!!
it is doing my head in though!!!!!

Thats a shame but look on the bright side, if you hadn't done the mot the wheel bearings would just get worse until something goes wrong and turns into a serious accident.

Whats wrong with your brake hoses at the moment then, because mine just has one going strieght down to one calipar and the other to the other calipar. it doesn't do any fancy loops around the folk or anything.

i never understand headlight aim though, surely he can adjust that seeing as he has the fancy test equipment.

Just to let you know i have my mot coming up now that my engine starts. i'll let you know how i get on.

i should have noticed the wheel bearing being fucked but i was being so ignorant and just never checked them......i was too busy worrying about other stuff.
he reckons the bearings are so bad that they have been gubbed maybe as far back as 2000miles
the last 2000miles i covered were to say the least "CRAZY"!!!!!!what a plonker!!!!!
i do remember getting a judder under heavy braking but because i was having a blonde moment i put it down to the fact i had just replaced the front braking system...........it wont happen again!!!!
the brake lines are far too long and one is routed in such a way it fouls.....something,cant remember what it was.
the headlight aim he reckons is because the bulbs are not sitting correctly which on closer inspection is quite obvious......when i looked at the light close up you can see clearly that the bulb is sitting not as it should.

oh,and when i arrived back at the garage there seemed to be coolant pissing out of feck knows where.....happy fecking days!!!!!!i will have a good look tomorrow and see where it is coming from exactly.......i hope it is not the lower rad as it has been replaced twice already but i do not think it is.

bike sounded quite rough as well,it is the first time it has been out in 3mnths but the end can sounds as if its gubbed but i do have a replacement sitting.

the bike is booked back in today for its partial re-test.....10am.

front wheel bearings fitted, brake line re-routed and new bulbs fitted and aim seems to be fine(hopefully)
