I need to know the weight of an NC30 frame (or another 400/similar bike) for a courier, can anyone help at all?

I can't find my scales... I picked up a 10kg gym weight, and then the frame. Less than 10kg bur more than 7kg. My money is on 8kg. If I can find the scales I'll get you a proper figure

Luckily I have had my frame in the garden all week stripping paint off of it. Luckily I saw your post just in time
