Brake problem?

Hi there. I'm having a problem with my front brake. Basically i just changed the pads and fluid after it had terrible spongeyness when i swapped the discs on it. It's a little better now but still really spongey. It hardens when i use the brake a few times then loosens again once the bike is ridden just a little bit. Any advice on what might be wrong or advice? There is definitely no air in the system. I made sure of that when bleeding it.

Tehre is air in the system somewhere most liekly.

Either that or you have a leaking caliper / bleed nipple.

What brakes are these?

It can be really troublesome to bleed properly, espeically in the master cylnder.

It may take some time to bed the pads in, it'll feel spongey until its all settled in. But I'd give it another bleed if its really spongey, or maybe put some elastic bands or tie a bungie cord round the handle bar an brake leave an leave it puled in over night, that usually fixes it.
Cheers

So i got the problem fixed. Turns out it was the discs i had swapped onto it. Were some wavy discs. Moment i changed them back the brakes were beautiful again. Dunno why the discs messed it up.

I was going to suggest warped or worn, thick, thin discs.
