GK76 not starting but was running spot on????

I rebuilt my GK76 and she was running beatifully and balanced and set up fine.
I went on holiday for 2 weeks and got some fresh fuel and put it in the tank and pressed start and she was only only on three cyclinders it seemed? Then onto 2 and now will not start at all?
I drained the carbs to find some bits in the float bowls so decided to re strip the carbs completely. I noticed the main jet tubes had bent slightly? Another member had the same problem on his bike in a carb video. I fully cleaned the whole carbs and rebuilt them and straighted out the tubes but still no joy?
Whats really confusing is that she started first turn of the key two weeks ago and ran beautifully and i then balanced the carbs and she was spot on? Everytime after then she fired up straight away.
Since then i have done nothing yet now she will not even start at all?
I have a good spark and fuel getting through?
Its almost like the leads are on the wrong way round so the firing order is out?
Really cunfusing??
Any ideas??
Carbs and o rings looked good so cant see how it could be that or could they cause this??
Regards
Vic

Bike now sorted.
It was the plugs? 3 went down? They looked fine and thus they were the only thing I never changed lol

I had a buyer on this club who wanted it but after telling him its now ready he said oh sorry ive bought an NSR and wont be having it.
Isn't it courteous to let people know if you've bought another? I told two other people it was sold and now I have to re advertise it.
People!!!
