I just got this NC24 , it was imported from UK in 14. Any chance anyone has ever seen it or knows anything about it ?
Appears to have later or china twin light fairing. Previous owner knows little to nothing except they spent 1500 us to get the forks and carbs done before leaving UK. Bike is being shipped to me now.

that is VERV VERY expensive money to pay to have the forks and carbs done.. was it crashed and the forks replaced?
even so you can pick up nc21 forks and carbs cheap.. no more than 500 usd to have new forks fitted (with overhual and new carbs fitted with overhaul) if you take it to a workshop, doing it yourself about 250 usd...
The reason i ask is as you notice its had a re-spray and a different front end fitted..the forks themselve appear to be earlier nc21 forks which dont have teh air valves on the top.
so my question is why was it sprayed and and the front end changed?
no idea what the front is off but no 21 or 24 ever came with that front.. possible a chinese kit or some cbr400 / cbr250 front.

That bike is very far from stock, but NC24s are solid little bikes that sound delish (180-degree firing order, like the 750s, unlike the NC30). Rear wheel is a bit narrow, I think. Have fun.
Ciao,

Bike arrived last week and I havent had a lot of time to dig into it however I did learn that the fork tubes were in fact replaced with forks by Frank and rebuilt, they are the same tube as my USA VF500 interceptor. So the suspicion that it was wrecked is probably correct. Suprisingly the exhaust collector is in great shape the muffler is good and overall it appearrs to be just an old bike. It seems to run strong but the carbs were rebuilt by someone with no knowledge of the set up or sync so I will address those issues after a compression test and frame/neck alignment inspection . If it checks out I will try to get it back to stock appearance ( Chinese panel ) or close. Will post up soon.
