I'm new to vfr400 and took it out for a ride it's been hard to start
And now it over rev to 4000rpm in neutral Help!
Anyone?

Start with full choke and no throttle.

After warm and taking off choke adjust the idle speed by turning the adjuster.

This issue isnt called over-revving, it is called Idle speed too high.
