Frame Numbers, Model Identity

All,
I'm sure this comes up from time to time, but I'm trying to ascertain exactly what model of bike I have.
I only bought it a month or so ago and it's a basket case. Also it looks like I have parts supplied with it from various models which doesn't help.
The Frame No: 1WG-043762
I have previously owned a FZR400 Genesis which was a 1WG prefix. However this bike is an Exup model having many parts on it labelled with 3EN.
Am I right in thinking it's basically a 1WG with an Exup valve, as opposed to a cut and shut!!
