Hi there everybody,

just as the title says I got issues with my NC29.

I´ve done an complete overhaul and changed very much on the bike so I´m not sure if anybody here could help me cause the bike is no longer an "stock" NC29.
I´ve installed an Ignitech ECU from Graeme France and renewed the spark cables but with the old connectors but they are In very good condition.
I installed an KOSO RX2N Speedometer and also I stripped the complete isolation from the loom and rerouted some cables and the whole loom got new isolation.

Two weeks ago I brought my bike to my local Honda Dealer for carb synchronizing and there he found out that my pulse coil was fault. Earlier I also found out that my fuel pump where faulty and also the fuel cutoff relay (But these two bugs do no matter for synchronizing cause an canister is used there for fuel supply!

So I ordered an NEW pump from the bay and
used but tested cutoff relay and an used and tested pulse coil from Mr. France and today I found time to install the pulse coil and the cutoff relay.
I thought now every possible part which could be faulty where replaced but still I got no spark on my spark plugs.

I got 12 V on the ignition coil contacts, the starter motor is turing the engine but still there is no f#@king spark! So does anybody got an Idea, I even measured the resistance of all coils and they seem to be fine!

Put the old bits back on the bike then go from there. Assuming it was running?

I would think the pulse coil, but if its been tested and is from GF I would think it was prob ok - unless Mr postie has thrown it around his van.

Only ever change one thing at a time.

When you make sure it's the CDI problem, then be sure the regulator/rectifier is good before you change a new CDI.
NOTE: Over high voltage of the regulator/rectifier may damage/ burn out the CDI/ECU. Please do check your Reg/Rec to avoid further damages.
