I'm running one of these on my street NC30. I love it. If they weren't so expensive, I'd have one for each of my bikes.

At that price, you'd have to be doing serious miles before the thing paid for itself! Do they actually filter or flow any better than disposable ones?

While I have no evidence or any reason actually to doubt that they can filter more oil or provide better filtration than oem but has anyone actually had an issues related to the performance of the stock oil filter, which is uses on hundeds of models of Honda bike without issue.
I do like the idea of not having to buy another one as I can clean it out but I don't do near enough miles to warrant one. As for filtration on a good engine with appropriate oil and filter changes Ive never heard of a problem with stock filter.

A magnetic oil drain plug is being delivered as I type.
My thinking is that for the price I pay for the filter and the ability to see any possible internal issues inside the motor without second guessing a strip down will be worth the expense.
Plus the added bonus of limiting the rare chance that the filter housing won't get punctured. It has happened to me once and it wasn't pretty.

As for serious miles. My nc35 is a lifer. And with the state of foreign trading and business as I see it today, I'd rather buy a product that is over engineered than made to a budget
