Fuel pump relay nc23

Hi all,
I think that I have a problem with the fuel pump relay on my nc23. It is getting 12v but giving out .15v which is not enough to run the pump. I have jumpered the 12v input and the pump output wires on the relay connector block and the pump runs fine.
I understand that a standard car relay can be used but am not sure how this should be wired up. From what I understand the relay should have a 12v input, 12v output, ground and a 'trigger'. The nc23 fuel pump relay seems to have two inputs from the coils and a 12v input and output.
Can a standard relay be used if I use the coil inputs as ground and triggers?
Or alternatively is there a way of getting one of these relays cheap from another bike or something??
Thanks in advance!
Dave.
