1991 Bandit 400 VM Manual?

Hi Guys
I am currently working on a GSF400 GK75A (K707) 1991 ( 1st Generation ) VC Engine E-02 ( England ) This model has the full Variable Valve Cam ( Inlet & Exhaust ) which was made between 1991-93. Due to servicing costs this type was fazed out and was only produced in part utilising a Variable Valve Cam ( Inlet only ) until 1997. I have a Suzuki Works Manual that covers years 1991-97 but does not include the full Variable Valve Cam engine/model.
I would be interested to know whether anyone has been able to source the original specification for the 1991 Ist Generation VM model using the full VVC engine. A copy from an original Suzuki Manual would be ideal. Any constructive discussion on this subject would be appreciated.
