1- All the mounting brackets are ok?
2- Fan mounting tabs are in the correct position?
3- They fit the bike correctly?
4- The boss has the correct thread/pitch for the temperature sensor/switch?

I've seen on here people having loads of issues with replica radiators and didn't know if these are any better?

Mine has replica radiators fitted by the previous owner. The fan is now on a manual switch so I assume the rad had different locations for the switches. Mind you they do keep the bike a lot cooler so its very rare to ever need the fans now. I quite like having a manual switch, as soon as I stop and idle I just flick them on. My bike is in bits atm so I could possible post pics of mine for you to compare with the ones on Ebay.

Don't know about that set but I got some from DGeoff33 when he did a group buy from China (doesn't do them anymore).

Although GFracing might have some stock left from the batch they got in a while ago.

I do know that since I changed mine I struggle to keep the bike in temp when it's cold outside, but when it's moderate/warm the bike is nicely cooled even if I do need the fan when filtering through traffic during a long ride.

I bought just that set. They're basically shit. The mounting lugs on the top radiator are too long, so the radiator interferes with the head. The fan mount tabs on the lower radiator are nowhere near where they should be. The fan switch boss is far too small to use the stock switch. The quality of the aluminum is very low.

I've bought a replacement lower from Graeme, and am eagerly awaiting his having a new upper. I'll be buying one the very moment that he does.

Odd, some members of the forum did a group buy of these rads recently, and aside from the need to trim one of the fan mounts, there appear to be few issues with them. I found that a stock NC30 top rad has longer mounts than a stock NC35 one, which gave me clearance issues on my 35. The rads ended up costing roughly £85 per set, so you get what you pay for. Genuine ones and high quality aftermarket ones cost vastly more than that per rad.
