Various NC30 questions

Hey all,

I'm about 70% of the way through building a 2nd NC30 out of all the spares from my race bike but am stuck on a couple of things.

1- Routing of the loom around the headlights- If anyone has a pic, that would be great

2- Speedo mounting. It it held in place just by those 2 rubber plugs and bolts? Mine seems very wobbly

3- Pic of underneath the seat fairing - Mainly the latch system and helmet holder

4- EDIT - Just saw the thread below this one!

Lastly, I only have 1 lockset for 2 bikes, so I was going to use it on the road bike and convert the ignition to an on/off switch. However, with regards to the tank - Does anyone have any experience with these caps from China on ebay? I'm looking at something like this:

Thanks for your help!
Luke

For a screw on cap? That link is fecked.

Ask Kayla on here - She had/has a sale on, or did do, for cheap caps.

Crap - I think the link screwed up when I edited the post

Basically, yep - the caps is pretty much identical to those on Kayla's site. Thanks for the link!

Be careful with the Chinese ones. Mine was supposed to be brushed finish but turned out to be cheap chrome plating with CBR on it. The o ring was not fuel resistant, swelled and fell in the tank on my first track day. Managed to fish the o ring out and now just run it without, it does the job for a track bike with no leaks but it's not pretty.
