Fan Doesn't Line Up With Rad

Hi Guys,
I've just managed to get a replacement bottom rad for my NC30 problem is the three tabs on the fan don't line up with the tabs on the radiator. They're slightly off.
Are there different radiators and fans for the NC30? Any suggestions to what's I can do other then try and find another bottom radiator?

Bottom rads are all the same but (and im not sure on this but someone will verify I think) the NC35 rad is different fan mounting.
If it is an NC35 (RVF) rad and they are different then an RVF fan should cure it if its cheaper than a new rad...

Just checked again and the right angle piece on the fan bracket is too far away from tab on the rad. Bugger!!

Is it a honda replacement or an aftermarket radiator?
Many of the Chinese radiators have this same fan bracket problem.

Its looks like an aftermarket unit. Do the nc30 and nc35 radiators have the same fitment then?

I think rad mounts on nc30 and 35 are different, however many peeps have had problems with the mounts on aftermarket Chinese radiators not lining up correctly.
If you post some pics of your rad someone on here should be able to identify it.

I had the GPI (or whatever it's called) Chinese radiators and found the lower one with the fan mount to be not quite perfect but with a little 'encouragement' was made to fit. Mine was less than 10mm out of place. If you do 'encourage' to fit make sure you don't distort it too much or the fan will hit it's cowling..

If you can see how far out the tabs are when the lower right angle bracket is in the correct place.

And this is the gap between the lower left fixing point when the other two tabs are correctly aligned.

Certainly an aftermarket radiator.
Based on the feedback of others the fan mounting brackets are often out on them, it might be easier to just make up a connecting bracket rather than spend on an rvf fan to only find it won't fit either.
Or remove the fan altogether - I (and others) don't use one on my road bike. The only risk of overheating is when the bike's stuck in heavy traffic on a very hot summer day if the cooling system is working properly. Have you ever heard the fan come on? It kicks in when the water temp is north of 105C.
