i havent personally had the recore done but i can imagine it to be quite expensive.....
by the time you send it away or travel to wherever and have it done it may be quite costly.

it would be probably simpler to buy a aftermarket one that rick oliver supplies or used to...im sure he still does!!!
they are so much better than oe radiators and are at least 10% greater cooling.....also cheaper than the oe item at £300 i believe.....i think thats what i payed for my one.

The last time I had a car radiator replaced it was cheaper than a new one hence seeing what the prices are like.

The bike is supposed to be a cheap hack!!!! (also it is going matt black for the urban stealth look)

ive enquired about having the bottom rad re-cored,
he told me just to leave it as it is,
they dont stock the 'core' for bike rads, and they would have to try and source some from somewhere, that was the right size.also he said because its an all ally rad, it would be a pain in the arse to do.

not sure whether he just didnt want to do it, but thats wot he said

Not sure how much they'd charge for a bottom NC30 rad as it's pretty simple, so I doubt it would be too expensive, wouldn't hurt to contact them.

somone needs to be more daring and fit one of these

Erm, how on earth would you propose fitting that to a V4 :?:

Well I'll give them a call, they are on the list I was going to call but was hoping to find someone who specialised in aluminium rads.

Here I am...

I got mine done for £165. It is now as mint as a packet of Polos

northern radiators, ask for Nick and he will know what you are on about. Rapid turnaround.

I would say - remove the thermo switch doofer and all fittings...they painted all of mine..lol
