This is from a guide to NC24 engine removal, the NC30 isn't much different.

Well worth starting early and spraying all the bolts and nuts you need to remove with plus gas and keep spraying them every now and then for a week or so.

Worth mentioning also that the NC30 front sprocket is attached totally differently to the NC24 and it's best to undo the front sprocket bolt earlier than it suggests in that guide by putting it in 1st, getting a mate to sit on the bike with the front wheel against a wall, putting the brakes on full and then undoing it.
Best to do this even if you have no intention of removing the sprocket as it can be a bitch if you decide to do it once the engine is out!
