Something is wrong, with ignition I think

At first I want to say if my topic are in wrong category please move them

I think with my gixer is something wrong... What are the gk76a engine max rpm?
My gix on neutral get 16k rpm and i didn't want to him give more gas.. (I know for engine is very bad but i want to check it)
When I drive for example (every time when I was driving it did it different) on the first gear with max opened throttle i have max rpm on 13,5krpm, bike for a little moment stop getting higer rpm, and get higher and stop and get higher to 14rpm, on second gear was similar, 13krpm stop, go to 13,5 etc...
Ignition cut off not be in the same moment? 15krpm?
On cylinders pressure is: ~8,5 ~9 ~9 ~9
I have bike after carbs adjust and synchro, and adjust valves clearance.
I have air filter from gsxf 600, and my exhaust have some scavenge on connection collector with rear exhaust (under bike)
