Little bit of Head gasket help

Hi im just sorceing all my parts to swap my head over.

Ive read the manual on this site but it doesn't include some important things.

Torque settings for cam caps. and the Torque settings for the head bolts.

It also fails to mention if the head bolts are "stretch bolts" which would need to be replaced, Like you would if doing a head gasket on a car.

Like heads up on a parts list would be great as well.

So far I believe it is just a head gasket. All other gaskets seem reuseable (rocker cover) but Im unsure if the head bolts possibly copper washers need replacing also.

Cheers for any help

Ah I think I get it. I came across 12N/M for the cam caps. Which seems to marry up with the number on the spanner signs?

Is that correct the numbers on the spanner signs is the torque setting? What's the part in the brackets. a ref to another page for more info to carry out that task.

Still can't find any info regarding the head bolts been stretch bolts or not.
