Hi can anyone tell me the the torque setting for the head bolts on a gk76. Also will a 73 head fit a 76?

Hopefully someone has this info , the settings for the whole top end would be good, looks like water has got into the barrels on the one i'm restoring so need to get in there and have a clean out fast and get it all buttoned back up again
