Converting an NC30 to a race bike.

Im thinking about converting my road going nc30 into a racer so i can get rid of my gsxr400. I know nothing about the v4's, i spent alot of time working on my Suzuki.

Im not sure what spec i would want to run, my gsxr4 has sorted suspension, full system, race filter, tuned motor, loom, and fully set up on a dyno. Its a cracking bike but the easily available spares and cost of parts are making me think about running a Honda.

If i was to convert it i would want to run a RVF rear wheel so i could run supercorsa's, a full system, race airbox, bit of head work. I have no clue whats available regarding suspension, a chopped loom would be ideal also.

Just trying to get a good idea of what to do, any advice?

If the gsxr has had all the work done why not track that?

If I was doing it on a budget I'd go for , rick I fork kit, shock of some sorts , rvf rear wheel and linkage , half system and correct jets and some cheap bodywork .

Although for the above your looking at £1k

Buy a ready prepared one, its a much cheaper way of doing it if you want to be vaguely competitive!
