My VFR400 last weekend at the races

I managed to get the VFR400 restoration complete just in time for last weekends race at Wakefield.
It was going to be a shakedown run, but I was surprised that the bike ran really well. With a 1st and 2 2nds, I got 2nd overall for the sprint races on the Saturday.
We were leading our class in the One Hour race on Sunday when my teammate pulled in with 5 minutes to go with a sick motor. Luckily the safety car came out and we trundled around for the last few minutes and ended up 3rd in class.
Here are a few pics of the bike:

Good result, and great looking bike.
Is that an RB's exhaust?
What are your thoughts on the handling (after sorting the ride height)?

Thanks Cammo. Yes, that's an RBs exhaust. It came with the bike, but RBs recognised the pipe when they saw it.
The bike handled awesome out of the crate, thanks to yours and Maggs help with the measurements. The bike will only get faster once I get used to a four stroke, and play around with the suspension settings. It's so comfy and plush compared to a TZ250.
The Pirelli Supercorsas look they had an easy time. I ran 30psi front / 32psi rear, but they look like I could drop the pressures a few psi. Has anyone had experience with running lower pressures, like 26psi, on the Supercorsas?

I've never run supercorsas, but it's come up on the forum a few times, consensus is that the rear particularly should be run a bit lower than most other tyres.
Some good info here:

That's what I was after. My suspicion was right and I should run the back around 26psi.
I'll run the front lower as well as I don't push the front as much as the rear, so a lower pressure will get it hot a bit quicker.

When last at cadwell the tyre tech suggested 28 rear and 30 front for supercorsas

I run mine 27 rear and 29 front, getting a good washed beach look on the rear, although it is a bit cooler here than oz so that may have an effect?!??!?

I ran mine 30/30 last time out at snetterton and got a bit of cold tearing on the rear so i'm going to try 29F/27R as well.

Ive been running 32 front and 27 rear hotpressures, has been excellent, was running 29/27 and since upping the front its so much better at flicking in and turn in
