Hey Guys,
I'm new here too...
I picked up my 1998 RVF400 on Saturday, it was imported in January last year and I'm loving it so far!
The only issues are there's a crack on the front fairing near the mirror, it's barely noticeable though, there's a few chips and little marks on the fairings, it looks like a hole has been cut on the right hand lower fairing for crash knobs.
Otherwise it has new front discs and pads (which seem a bit noisy, need to check it out), new chain and sprockets, oil and filter just changed, the coolant looks fresh too, tyres have got enough tread to get me by for a while, carbs were just cleaned, no rust inside the tank, the top radiator looks like it hasn't taken too much of a pounding, aftermarket rearsets, full aftermarket exhaust, rejetted (though I think it may need the needles shimmed), no signs of any crashes.
We all love pics don't we?

I look forward to joining the community now that I have a 400,
Bill
