I would like some advice please, I have a NC35 recently I am struggling to find neural with the engine running, however when the engine is off I can find neutral easily?

Its a pain when at the lights

I have checked the arm it is tight and aligned with the two points, what else could it be? everything else is fine.
Your assistance is appreciated.

Just blip the throttle a few times...
