Hi guys got a nc21 I'm debating selling and wondered how much they go for. It's an 86 off top of my head with 18000 miles on it. Panels are in good condition but are mismatched with good tank I've just bought, the collector box was replaced last year. The bike has been in the garage for last year when they old tank got a small hole and its took that long to find a new tank. Mechanically the bike as in good condition and ran perfect. It isn't moted now but if battery has enough charge ill be firing it up and down to the garge to see If it passes

All advice welcome. I'm not def going to sell just curious as to pice. Thanks

no MOT = £200 ish
MOT = £500 ish

They are just not desirable...though I'd have one for commuting on

Thanks for quick reply. £200 sounds pretty low and would hae thought around 700 with mot and collector box done. I know what you mean though about desirable but they do seem to be getting harder to find now.

I think around 650 for something half decent.

Something crappy with no MOT then around 200-300 quid.

Thanks mate. It's not crappy mechanically. Fairing a bit mismatched but all good fairings with spares and had all brakes done and collector box replaced with new plugs and air filter and oil and filter. Spent quite a bit getting It on the road and was running sweet and then tank leaked.

A lot of it will depend on who buys it and the time of the year you sell it.

If you sell to somebody who knows nothing about bikes and wants a 400 small bike and its start of the summer season I reckon you will easily get close to 1000 quid for it.

If your selling it out of season then top wack I imagine aroudn 650,

if your selling it to somebody that knows about these bikes then 500 quid ish for the condition you described it in.

cheers mate lets hope its the latter. im not really wanting a huge amount for it to be honest. just wanting to break even. probably stands me around 750 so anywhere around that would be good.
