I'm going to paint my Honda CBR 400 RR (R) 1994 and found in the forum, the theme of "CBR400RR Specifications" where mine is the type No. 7.
Would need to help me on the next one because do not understand how the colors are divided. As far as I understood it is only two colors, white and purple, so others are decals, but in the colors and put them on the subject are about 7:

Colour: Ross White / Jockey Blue (purple) (NH-196/P-5M)

Type 7 supplementary colors. The letter code matches the position printed in the fiche. A? means unknown code or Perhaps a decal.

Jockey P5M Blue Metallic B (purple)
C? Decal Red Colour (Atomic Red)
D NH193P Crystal White Pearl (Honda Wings Decal)
E P5M Jockey Blue Metallic (purple)
F Ross White NH196
G Ross White NH196
H P5M Jockey Blue Metallic (purple)
J? Decal color (Graduated I / C)

I could explain that the difference between the White (A ROSS WHITE NH196) and White (D NH193P PEARL Crystal White (Honda Wings Decal) and F and G.
The same question I have with the purple (B, E and H)

I consulted this because I have to paint the bike and want to leave origal. I do not understand these changes of colors, which is also not for the tires or what goes for the fairings or tank.

The bike is painted ross white : -

Except for the front mudguard which is jockey blue

The tank is painted ross white first then the top section in the other colour ( jockey blue ) , it will need to masked off to do this.

The rest of the bike is fitted with decals.

You may struggle to find the colours - I have my bike in the type 8 and could not get the black so went for Ford Puma Black which is basically a slightly sparkly black.

Take the info to the spray shop and see if they can match the colour from the codes.

Also make sure they paint the front mudguard in the right colour my spray shop painted it black when it should have been red.
