Do you mean the NC30 speedo case where the clutch lever perch hits it? It's a common fault because that's how all these bikes were built.
Most '30 fans prefer to think of it as a 'characteristic' rather than a fault!
You might get lucky and find one, there are/were some careful owners out there.

I have seen alot of speedo's for sale but the only undamaged one ive seen was a NOS unit on ebay aages ago, like cammo says its a bit of a characteristic of the bikes and doesnt bother me.

they are rare, i have a couple, but even if you fitted a new or good one if you found one, it would soon before scuffed again unless you alter the bars / switchgear

Whats wrong with yours? I have a spare one here but it has the trademark scuff on it. Seems in good nick apart from that

The clutch lever [adjuster lock nut] will not rub the speedo housing if the perch is fitted in its correct location as it left the factory.
The mounting join lines up with centre punch mark on the bar, which also gives the position on the bar from the end.

Correct.
Honda have punch marks on most things that have a range of mounting options (look at the gearshift shaft too) It not only ensures continuity from the factory but some things such as the clutch lever will hit the clocks if its mounted wrong.

I have 2 now, one that was the original that is worn nearly through, pretty scruffy and is missing the restrictor and another I got off ebay before I joined here which looked not too bad in a picture..... doesn't everything..... but found to be thumped as the light baffle/inner ring was broken. I think it will glue but wondering if it is any use trying to get a good one or repairing and repainting it if it's only going to be eaten again by the clutch adjuster.
So, it seems it only requires the lever fitted correctly but was a bit amazed at any of these that are available have the same damage.
Also a bit strange, the cable obscures the speedo.....
