Can someone please tell me what thickness the gold stripes are between the colours are please?

Is all the red white and blue painted? Seen the decal sets on ebay with the blue bit under the light £100+

Also are they originally lacquered in? same for all the decals actually?

Final one, I'd really like some close up photos of an original type one jap spec, I've searched the web but not found many good ones.
