Does one exist? one that details things like cylinder head removal and timing etc. I found a PDF for older model FZR's but theres nothing for the 3TJ that i can find.

The document library is a service manual, you can use a 4JH or TCat manual

All in Japanese and you will probably need a man in the middle

Ooops! I had something like that floating about.
I uploaded them to my site. the manual is for an SP and is a bit of a dog but there might be something useful in there. There is a race kit manual too.
