What washers do you have under the needles? RO needles are designed to be run either with no washers or just the standard 0.5 washers. I cant remember to be honest but im sure someone will be along shortly that will.

Well you said you have 120s and its going rich afer 7000 which is when its runnign on the main jets.

You can always drop the main jets down a size.

115 / 118.

But you'd be daft tuning to fuel air mix graph alone.. power curve and delivery is more important, even if its running a tad rich.

If it were my bike id try a 115/118 set in it and see which gave better rusults and leave it there.

how much hp is is puttin gout, I cant see from the graphc

Yeah 55.8 which I'm pleased with. When I built the carbs I put 115 in all 4 and it wouldn't rev up through the full range, was stuttering. Carbs are now all working ok will have a play tomorrow

Why are you using the same sized jets? the NC30 has staggared jets as stadnard.

Also make sure the emulsion tubes are in the right way (more holes in the rear).

Did you do anything to the carbs besides changing the jets from 115s?? i.e cleaning etc

Did you ride it? where exactly was the issues?
