Anyone no where I can get an exhaust sleeve as I'm trying to resleeve my ethos I'd prefer carbon

96mm id
440mm length

Yes pj engineering dont have 96mm id closest are 86mm or 99mm

Maybe theyd be interested if they had interest in a different size

Ive looked into getting odd sized sleeves made up in the past, IIRC a min of 6m would need to be ordered before they would consider it. Cant remember who that was with but i did try everyone.

Yes that's what mine is 100mm od and I've got it apart its 96mm id

I got my bits from these guys in the past (http://www.aa16.co.uk/) and rebuilt a couple of exhausts.

I've used A16 a lot, mainly for race fairings though. They are damned good guys, completely straight down the line.
