I think (therefore I am not sure ) but you someone could put that into a graphic design programme (maybe something as simple as paint.net) so that you can more or less straighten it (take the curves out the side). Then you would need to buy sticker paper (I know there is a company in the uk that does this, cant rememebr there name though, I bought model "transfer" paper from them. Lastly, your normal laser type home printer will probably do the job.... otherwise if someone has a proper printing company that would probably be a longer lasting option - hope that helps a bit?

Try lings honda parts website last time I looked they had them listed along with others for tank forks and so on.
