Simple question, R&G Non drill frame sliders on an NC30, are they worth the £100?

Simple answer: Yes.

In an off these ones actually work unlike a lot of cheap bolt on rubbish. R&G's are a premium product, you get what you pay for.

Theres only one downfall to the non drill sliders, if they take a fair whack they can break the engine mount off the front head due to the way the brackets are designed. Ive seen a fair amount of broken heads too so it does happen.

I really want some of these but can't justify that sort of cash for what is essentially a couple of bits of alloy & delrin.

I'm surprised none of the Chinese eBay sellers have made a similar version, as they'd do a roaring trade. My next project is to make myself some R&G clones.

I see a few of you have done this already, good inspiration!
