Have you an aftermarket can or pipes? if so carbs may need re jetting as holes and flat spots are common with these mods. Not sure if the 23 has any restriction in the speedo like the 29, maybe search the forum regarding this.

Have you cleaned the carbs etc - sorry if this is in another thread but i havent read it.

My advice is take it to a dyno - for about £30-£50, you will get an idea if its the carb setup or something else, money well spent if you ask me and saves the cost of buying parts you really dont need to.

yea ive got a race can on it but i work 6 days and need somewhere that is open in the north east of england
