I've just bought an Abba stand fitting kit and the right side socket doesn't go into the frame.

It was too late to call Abba tonight but has anyone else had any problems?

I don't use the fitting kit just the open parts

If anyone's interested I phoned Abba who were really helpful.

Kit 13 which is labelled as fzr400rr is for the UK bike which apparently has 27mm nut on the R/H side. The import bike has a 24mm nut and needs a different cup.(slightly smaller)

They are sending me another r/h cup for mine but its worth telling then when ordering.
