i need new tyres and the best deal i have found is 092 fronts and 090 rear for £145 delivered.
ive seen another post here somewhere stating that if using 090 for road use they will be squared off quickly but i do ride the bike hard and im up in the hills in north wales which is constant bends.
or should i just try and get 092 for the rear as well????
thanks in advance

Most tend to go for a 90 front 92 rear, however i personaly dont rate the 92 for lean angles. they are a smoother profile and will run off the tyre quickly. however for winter tyres they are ace. But for summer tyres 090 both ends.
P.S. where in northwales ? few here meet up at the ponderosa regular, family from ruthin so always over that way. see an RC30 or a RWB NC30 floating around give us a wave

at the moment i have 092 on both but just searching for the best deal as i need a new set but the 092 are ideal for me but have never tried the 090. im from the betws y coed area on a castrol nc30. a lot of my runs are up capel curig - beddgelert - porthmadog - blaenau ffestiniog and back. dont bother with the run towards llangollen (A5) anymore as there are too many coppers with a gun by corwen area. just out to get bikers.
there are some nice back roads up ruthin way towards flint/rhyl

yep poss seen you around, maybe saw you a few weeks back around the fixed camera in pontybodkin heading towards corwen over the llandela moors. i think there was a NC23 in tow perhaps ? if so i was on the RC30 pointing at you. - dont worry i do that when i see other 400's. most think i am mad and wondering what that loon is pointing at. :)
We got a pull the other week on the way back from the ponder by one of the unmarked blades.
