Has anybody downloaded the app and used the carb balance? Just curious how it went and how it works. Cheers

Looks interesting although I can't see how that would work let alone give a valid result, would like to be proved wrong tho.

They also do a nc30 one, I won't be buying it tho as my iphone is limited to a old firmware so I'd have to suck apples balls and buy a new one just to use it which isn't happening.

I'm not an apple fan, partly since I work for Sony. But interesting looking app...

Very interesting, I too cannot see how an app can measure your carb balance....,

C'mon...should be better to invest in proper tooling (i.e. carbtune), a haynes manual and get your hands off the mobile and learn by doing it yourself. Best way to teach & learn. What is wrong with turning pages from a printed copy of the parts manual with greasy hands? Youngsters! :stupid:

Hmmm... £529-699 for an iToy 5 if not on contract... Gosh, what a hard choice!

Surely the 'interactive carb balance' will simply be a step by step guide? So if you have a Haynes, or access to this forum, or just the internet in general, you already have all the info you need. The part of the app which appears to look up the price and availability of the parts from the diagram is pretty neat though, although again if you have access to the internet on your PC you can look it up anyway.

Carb Balancing Simulator
It's a game.

You balance a fake engines carbs on the phone, it has nothing to do with your actual bike, think about it.

There is no way to connect a manometer to the iphone.

It is basically selling you the parts manuals (which is illegal as they belong to Honda)

You can download them for free in pdf from many websites, probably this one too.

Any modern day phone will read a pdf so you can stick them on there and read them on the go.

$4.99?

I can make iPhone apps, I didn't realise I could make $5 a piece by slapping some part numbers and pictures in an app!
