Trying to bolt together a frame and swingarm but when i torque it up to the specified amount, its seems to restrict the up/down motion. Theres no schematic breakdown in the Haynes manual, from what i can tell i have all the parts in place. Anyone got any pics or experience in this?
Thanks in advance.
Chris.

All i can remember is how it shows it in the Haynes manual,
adjuster bolt 15Nm
locknut 65Nm
pivot bolt nut 95Nm
Have you put the top hat shaped washer/collar in?
Can't think of anything else, have you looked at the microfiche to see if that's any help

SA Spindle shaft spacer fitted .... ? A lot of people forget to fit this ... it acts as the bearing thrust tube - like inside wheels.

All parts correct, turned out to be some stray powdercoating. Sorted, thanks all.
