Hey guys,
A friend of mine dropped some unwanted goodies over, one of which is the below linked silhouette front fairing
http://japan.webike.net/products/1390789.html
A few questions about it;
Would I need to remove the right hand head light? If so can I simply unplug it? Is having the left side light only going to greatly affect my visibility?
Thanks

The pic you linked to is not a silhouette fairing, but a cover for the standard NC35 fairing.
I'm pretty sure that you dont have have to modify your lights if you're fitting a silhouette; you simply remove the bulb from light which is blanked off.

I'll confirm that...you don't have to mod the headlights when fitting a true Silhouette Japan fairing. Just unplug it.

I know a few people stationed in the UK. The best they could do is have it posted to themselves vis USPS and then forward it to you.

I'm in the USA but I'm not heading to the UK anytime soon unfortunately. I'd like to check it out someday though.
The post office is right by my house and I don't mind shipping some stuff over to a 400gb member. USPS is a less money than UPS or Fed Ex.

If we can find someone in the US military in the UK, shipping is very cheap. APO addresses are extensions of the USPS and shipping something to an APO isn't any more expensive than CONUS.

i'll see if i can speak to someone at Croughton, its always a bit nervy when its someone you don't know or a friend doesn't know though....thats why i thought i'd ask. I cant find a wheel over here anywhere and its just so expensive once everyone adds their handling etc etc.
Any help would be much appreciated...maybe the lovely lady who delivered the nose cone??

Paul, what sort of wheel are you after that is so specific that you need it from across the Atlantics?
