Picked this up today, wouldn't like to give a detailed review as I haven't ridden it hard or indeed all that far, I'll save that for the summer months. Been after one for a while and I'm glad I waited for the right one.
It's the usual spec for the 'S';
-DLC coated Marzocchi forks
-Brembo monoblock calipers
-Forged aluminum Marchesini rims
-Ohlins remote res shock
-Carbon bits and bobs...
Nice low mileage example with 1 former lady owner, comprehensive ducati dealer service history and some trick bits too.
It's just been serviced and thus, ready to attack some B roads, thoroughly looking forward to it. Might squeeze a track day or two in as well, be rude not to.

Is that the one you wanted someone to go and look at for you? Looks like a right weapon.

Yeah it is indeed the one I went to go look at.
This thing has unbelievable torque, pulls like an absolute train. Bags of fun.

Why do I always immediately start looking at modifications when I buy a bike?
Is this normal??

Personally I think it's ugly but they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Enjoy ownership and an increasingly lighter wallet

Being an air cooled 4V twin spark its 'meant' to be reliable, key word, 'meant'.
