How to insert a pic
First go to a site such as Tinypic
http://tinypic.com/ and upload your pic
You will see a number of different ways to link it
Choose Direct Link (copy whats in the box)
Now for your post
You will see a tab [img]
Click on that
Now inbetween right click your mouse and paste
Job done
I copied that from Wraiths post .... no excuses now
