who does the m1 style fairings for the 400?

I saw an fzr 400 3tj race/track bike a while ago on ebay that had an m1 style fairing and seat unit on it.
Does anyone know who makes these?

I saw that bike for sale, it went for cheap if I remember right...Looks lovely.
