Best getting it on dyno for jets, i had 115 mains in mine and needle clip 2nd to bottom. and you will get used to taking the carbs on and off all the time :P

hi again , im trying to work out if my bike has a issue or if it is just normal ,but my bike has a flat spot around 6rpm to 8rpm but if throttle held in right postion it goes throught it , im not sure if carbs are out off sync for that or mixtures ect ? second issue iv found is bike pulls upto around 90 very quick but then it dies off iv got it to 105 but i didnt feel like it had much after that ,is that normal for gk76 (only bike i can compare to is a 125 2stroke with a few mods and that would get to around 125 so say on clock anyway) and finally gearbox ,4th - 5th -6th gears apear extremely close ratio and cant find neutral when bike is warm ? iv tried finding threads on these issues but having trouble finding answers ! any help would great

First check the bike is not restricted to 33 bhp.
problems selecting neutral are usually old oil or loose clutch basket.

Ok thank you I would I go about checking that ? Is it between carbs and manifold etc , has for neutral light the oil is less than 1000 miles old so il have a look at clutch
