Hi All
I`ve just received my frame and swingarm back from powder coating and on assembly I realised that there is a space between the frame and swingarm
The swingarm on the one side there is a collar (a top hat looking spacer) then a long spacer that goes into the swingarm where the bolt goes through, is the 2 maybe 3mm space on the other side suppose to be there or am I missing a spacer or a washer or something.
Thanks MAV

Looking at the fiche, on one end of the bolt you have a castle nut and a threaded adjuster, then the long spacer, then the top hat, and the nut goes on the outside. I doubt the space is a problem, the dogbone linkage on the shock has similar gaps. If there were no gap between the frame and swingarm, they'd rub together and be damaged. I presume there's no gap between the top hat and the inside of the frame, just the swingarm and frame?

I know exactly what you mean. Just saying take part x and put it in place y then do z sometimes makes sense, and other times you look in the book, then look at your bike and think WTF?
Microfiche can be found in the document library. Go to
http://www.400greybike.com/docs.htm and grab NC35 parts manual.
